I wanted something different tonight so I thought of a walleye recipe (its probally not original and has most likely been done before)
I used:
1 walleye and a bag of cheek meat
broocoli, apasragus, green onions, garlic cloves, carrots (one got bacon and one had portabellas added)
Here is what I did set over at 350 for the preheat!

Tried a new fish rub called fish tails!
got some aluminum foil, butter, garlic cloves, veggies

Place fish in the foil with rub and veggies!

The end result
after 15-20 minutes of cooking!
